The operational risk management plan was made for the first time for the implementation of VDF CROATIA 2018 in Zadar when the Zadar Conservation Office requested a detailed strategic work plan with an explanation of the methodology of work in terms of safety and protection not only people but also buildings. He maintained Zadar. To this end, Colin Zacharias produced a 15-page study detailing each wall, each brick, rock, rope, and stone with a plan for the safety and security of the facility and program participants. Such a study was sent to the Ministry of Culture – Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the City of Zadar, of which in just a few days (September 14, 2018) received a decision permitting the use of a medieval wall for a vertical workshop. The study also stated the potential dangers of collapsing part of the tower of the Captain's Tower due to dilapidation and mechanical damage to the stone, and in support of this submitted photographs of this damage, which we believe is extremely important for further work of the Conservation Society.
For the above reasons, the creation of a universal manual for the needs of all future vertical dance programs Hysteria Nova, and hopefully all future dance artists who will occasionally use air or vertical elements in their dance expressions, is an essential element of all further organizations of our vertical programs.
