CEREMONIAL OPENING OF THE SLAVONIJA VERTICAL TRAINING CENTER IN THE ĐAKOVO CULTURE CENTER

At the end of April 2023, the Slavonija Vertical Training Center – New Horizons program will be held in the Đakovo Culture Center on the occasion of World Dance Day, co-produced by Histeria Nova and the Đakovo Culture Center. The pilot project of establishing the Slavonija Vertical Training Center is a reflection of the long-term partnership and exchange of artistic visions of author Marija Šćekić (Histeria Nova), choreographer Julie Taffe (Aeriosa Dance Society, Canada) and choreographer David Greeves (Jyskynna Co., Cornwall, UK) through framework of the international program of artistic excellence and diversity – The New Movement Biennale.

On this occasion, it is our honor and great pleasure to invite you to the Culture Center for:

• an exhibition of artistic photographs Vertikala
• a contemporary dance and somatic movement workshop for children Vertical animals
• masterclass for fighters, stuntmen, actors and dancers Animalism
• a half-day artistic and educational program Slavonija VTC – New horizons on the occasion of the International Dance Day
